    Reservation Agreement Form

    In order to reserve a Unit in One Thibault a Purchaser is required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of R5,000.00 (Five Thousand Rand) to the Sellers nominated bank account as indicated.

    The Purchaser is required to sign the presented sale agreement to purchase the reserved unit without any amendments (or with amendments as agreed to by the Seller) within a period of 7 (Seven) calendar days, failing which the Purchaser will forfeit the reservation fee and Unit will be remarketed for sale.

    Should the Purchaser submit the signed agreement of sale timeously and the agreement of sale lapses due to non-fulfilment of any suspensive conditions then the reservation fee shall be refunded to the Purchaser. Should the agreement proceed, then the reservation fee shall form part of the price of the Unit.

      Terms & Conditions

      • A unit is only reserved once Thibault Investments (Pty) Ltd has received the proof of payment of the reservation deposit.
      • The reservation deposit will be deducted from the 10% purchase deposit.
      • The balance of the 10% deposit is payable on signature of this agreement.
      • The 90% balance of the purchase price outstanding will need to be secured by means of a bond or a bank guarantee within 30 days of signature of the sale agreement.
      • Completion of this purchase can be made by anyone that is authorised by the client.
